Bye bye my trusted companions!

For 9 months, 15 countries & countless country miles my trusted Merrell´s have been with me on this trip of a lifetime, but unfortunately the time has come to say goodbye as they seem to have developed their own lifeform now & so stink to high heaven!

Whilst I do not know how I will cope without such support & guidance, its quite clear that ´leaving´them behind is the correct thing to do as even the wee stained - shoe less tramp I offered them to turned his nose up!
